Your use of ThereKit is subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add product-specific information and safety limits.

Travel information

Currency, unit, phrase, translation, and time results are general travel aids. They can contain errors, become out of date, or differ from local practice. Confirm important prices, measurements, schedules, laws, entry rules, medical information, allergens, and safety information with a suitable current local source.

Reference exchange rates

Exchange rates are reference estimates, not quotes or promises. Your bank, card issuer, cash exchange, merchant, or payment service can use another rate and add fees. Check the effective date and source shown in the app. Saved or bundled rates can be old when the device is offline. A manual rate is your own input and is not verified by ThereKit.

Phrases, translations, and emergencies

Stored phrases, audio, and translations are travel aids. Translations come from on-device models and can be wrong. Meaning, pronunciation, politeness, and local usage can vary. Confirm important medical, allergy, legal, or safety statements with a qualified person. ThereKit is not an emergency service and cannot contact police, fire, ambulance, consular, or rescue services for you. Use the local emergency channel when you need urgent help.

Availability

Some functions depend on the device, operating system, network, exchange-rate service, or translation download services. Translate needs downloaded languages or the local model. Offline tools remain available from installed local content. No service or result is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
